We do not sell your data. We only share it where needed to process payments (for example our payment provider or M-Pesa), or where the law or a court requires it.
Your details are kept on secured servers, stored outside the public part of our website, and only the people who run the chama loans can access them.
While your loan is open, we keep your record so we can manage it and remind you about repayment. Once you have fully cleared your loan, we delete your record from our system. If you ask us to delete your data earlier, contact us and we will handle it as the law allows.
You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it where the law allows. You can also withdraw your consent or object to how we use it. Contact us using the details above. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner (ODPC) in Kenya.
